The commercial lease or 3,6,9 lease is the most common form of lease for companies wishing to set up a business or rent office space.<\/h2><\/h2><\/div>

It involves renting premises for commercial, industrial or craft use, regardless of the nationality of the tenant.
\nFor the tenant, it can be considered a protective status. It provides for capped rents and the right to renew the lease.
