Job description:
Role
As assistant to the Site Managers, providing operational support to the teams, your mission will be organized around
3 main themes:
1. Management of the catering and cafeteria offer: supply, presentation, sales,
.
2. Operational support for site managers: customer reception, supervision of service providers
3. Marketing and communications: developing awareness of the Hiptown brand on social networks and
in the media
As such, you are responsible for establishing a relationship of trust with Hiptown’s customers, as well as with the
operating teams.
Missions
1. Management of the snack bar and cafeteria offer: supply, presentation, sales,
–
– Anticipation and supply of breakfast and lunch formulas
– Maintenance of an inventory of foodstuffs and dishes and monitoring of use-by and sell-by dates
– Distribution and collection from customers
– Replenishment of hot and cold drinks
– Preparation of merchandising.
2. Operational support for site managers
– Learning the office manager’s job
– Welcoming and guiding customers
– Helping them with sales negotiations
– Helping them with specific events or meeting room bookings.
– Occasional replacements for Marseille site managers when they are absent.
3. Marketing and communications: develop awareness of the Hiptown brand on social networks and
in the media
– Production of content to be distributed on social networks
– Organization of small events on sites
– Photo shoots for online publication and for the instagram, linkedin and twitter accounts.
– Community management of social networks
– Increase the brand’s visibility, in particular its natural referencing
– Be a driving force to increase brand awareness
Profile required

- Trained to degree level (BAC, +1, +2)
