Loyer d’Entraide Associatif
1€ /post / month in exchange for small services
What is it?
LEA (Loyer d’Entraide Associatif) is a scheme for associations wishing to access premises at a very attractive price in exchange for on-site services.
What type of association is LEA aimed at?
Any association with a local reach and sharing the same values as Hiptown: human services, environment, personal development, economic development, employment assistance, etc.

What does LEA include?
Coffee and tea
self-service
How to apply?
Apply to lea@hiptown.com with the number of positions required, the association’s activity, the number of days on site, and a commitment to help manage the site.
Who chooses?
Applications are chosen by an internal Hiptown LEA selection committee according to a set of specifications and the commitment proposed by the association.
What services are we talking about?
It’s as simple as that: small, everyday services that don’t take up much time:
- Return coffee to the machine,
- Open the door to newcomers,
- Report anomalies (e.g. a broken light bulb, a water leak),
- Show potential members around the space,
- Hiptown website referenced on the association’s website
How many places are available?
1 association max / site, up to 4 workstations.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No obligation
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, it’s 200€ / shift.

Have any associations already benefited from this?
Yes, as in Rennes, for example, with the “Entrepreneurs pour la Planète” association.
LEA d’Hiptown has enabled us to develop in good conditions while sharing convivial moments with the active local community.
Why is Hiptown launching LEA?
Since its creation, Hiptown has upheld the values of integrating its spaces into the local fabric.
In this context, we want to welcome associations that promote integration, environmental protection and development in the heart of cities, and offer them an adapted, professional and friendly workplace.
