Your flexible, low-impact office and moderate rent at Bordeaux

Why will you love moving there with Hiptown?

Close to transport, all our sites are selected for their strategic locations, their low environmental impact and their comfort.

Hiptown helps you choose your space

Your project almost always begins with a location (to which we of course attach importance).
Our experts help you integrate other dimensions into your decision-making: ecological awareness, working atmosphere... all the elements which will then make the difference.

In a context of global uncertainty linked to market developments since the health crisis, it is sometimes difficult to plan for an office search project. This is why our unique service contract is ideal. Our flexibility, particularly on security deposits and commitment periods, helps mitigate risks for our customers. Our services allow corporate real estate managers to focus on their productivity and not on managing the hazards of daily life and their service providers.

Set up your business or team in a place dedicated to work
in a pleasant setting with all the services in Bordeaux

Setting up your business in a space offering a flexible office rental contract has now become a good solution for adapting your costs to your activity. Whether you are growing or shrinking, we offer you the best solution for managers of VSEs, SMEs and startups in Bordeaux, Mérignac, Médoc, Ambès, Bassens, Bègles, Blanquefort, Bouliac, Bruges, Cenon, Floirac, Eysines, Gradignan, Le Bouscat, Lormont, Pessac, Talence. And of course a large group wishing to optimize the journey and the well-being of its employees in a third location in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, the answer can be found at Hiptown.

How to choose your space

When looking for a new space to set up your business, it is important to find a work environment that facilitates your productivity. Rather than working from home, renting an overpriced office space or having to work in a crowded cafe with poor wifi, many are choosing a much more affordable social alternative: coworking spaces and flexible offices. Thus, coworking spaces offer the opportunity for creative and entrepreneurial minds to be able to work, but also to be able to collaborate, learn from each other and build a network.

In addition to the furnished workplaces, there are also relaxation areas where food and drinks can be stored, rooms for organizing seminars or press events, organizing meetings, all in an effervescent social atmosphere conducive to work.

For freelancers, entrepreneurs, startupers and all types of people who work from home, the question that arises is not why work in a coworking space, but rather why not?!

Indeed, many companies, including traditional companies, are taking the plunge and choosing to use coworking spaces instead of offices.

Not totally convinced? Come visit us to find out for yourself.

What’s so special about the Perspective building?2020-06-26T22:03:11+02:00

The Perspective building is known for its head-to-toe timber framing! It’s said to be the tallest wooden building in France, and there are plenty of other surprises in store.

First and foremost, the Perspective building is perfectly located: it’s an office building right in the heart of the Euratlantique business district. With a marvellous view over the Garonne and the Jardin de l’Ars, it’s a truly satisfying place to work. If you’re looking for peace, quiet and natural light, the Perspective building is sure to satisfy your needs.

Perspective is an extraordinary building. Firstly for its fame as France’s tallest listed wooden building, and secondly because it’s considered “intelligent”.
In fact, interior lighting depends on natural light, and heating is essentially activated on the surfaces occupied by a person during the day.

Beyond its warm, soothing wooden architecture, the view of the Garonne is inescapably superb! It can even be hard to control your thoughts as they wander past the fishermen’s boats. Rain or shine, wind or snow, you won’t be disappointed by our river-level view alone!

NB: Don’t hesitate to take the stairs, a real pleasure for the eyes (and a little bit of sport!).

I’m a Hiptown subscriber, can I work outside Bordeaux?2022-10-24T16:21:01+02:00

If so, you’ll get a free day with our site managers, as a “nomad” customer. After that, the services are the same as ours. For more information, don’t hesitate to contact the Bordeaux site manager. We’ll let our colleagues know so they can give you a warm welcome and make your day extra special!

What do you have that other workspaces don’t?2022-10-24T16:16:08+02:00

Hiptown Bordeaux is more than just a workspace or coworking space. It’s a real living space for companies. Our primary objective is to support companies in their real estate management and/or growth, by making their day-to-day life easier. All we do is let them focus on their business, and take fun, enjoyable breaks!

Hiptown is a growth operator for companies that are growing, shrinking or simply looking for their own independent workspace that meets their requirements.

We offer a wide range of services to make everyday life easier for businesses. Our unobstructed view over the Garonne and our convenient location (streetcar, Gare Saint Jean, bus, bike, car) in Bordeaux’s business district, ensure quality support.

Our spaces give you access to coworking-type services (access to meeting rooms, wifi, cleaning services, reception, cafeteria, entertainment, etc.). In Bordeaux, however, we have chosen to offer neutral offices that are essentially closed and entirely independent, so that companies can mark their own DNA and feel right at home!
In a district as dynamic as Euratlantique, Hiptown will be delighted to welcome you and let you enjoy a magnificent view over the Garonne!

What do the 160 credits correspond to in detail?2025-10-16T14:56:44+02:00

The 160 credits correspond to the length of time you can reserve meeting rooms in hours. For example, a small meeting room starts at 20 hourly credits and a medium-sized one at 30 hourly credits.

Price per station, but what about when the offices aren’t the same size?2023-08-13T21:59:23+02:00

Our ratios of number of people to surface area are always carefully studied. The price per unit necessarily includes the number of m2 of space, but also furniture, utilities, internet, cleaning…

Do you have parking spaces available?2025-10-16T15:38:21+02:00

Parking spaces are indeed available close to our Hiptown Bordeaux spaces. We have two possibilities depending on your request.

You can park your car at the foot of the Perspective building. You have two options. We also have a secure bicycle storage area.

Close to the Perspective building, there are two parking lots:

  • the Ars Belcier parking lot, a 3-minute walk away, which allows you to cross the large and (beautiful) Jardin de l’Ars.
  • Perspective underground parking lot

These parking lots are not included in our Hiptown service. However, at your request, we’ll reserve them for you and include them in our prices, so that you’ll find the subscription system easy and straightforward.

Finally, at the back of our building, we have a secure bike room for our users. It works with an access badge and lets you store your bike in complete peace of mind to get your day off to a good start!

As a member/customer of Hiptown Bordeaux, what is the procedure for working at other Hiptowns in France?2025-10-16T14:57:35+02:00

Simply notify your site manager, who will make the reservation for you. The manager of the area you wish to visit will be happy to meet you on the day of your arrival.
