Job description:
The Hiptown team is looking for a Site Manager based in RENNES.
In a fast-growing business, you will contribute to the development of the Hiptown experience, working with various external and internal players.
Reporting to our Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the operation of our Rennes site.
Your main tasks will be as follows:
- Ensure the operational management and profitability of the site in conjunction with the Regional Manager
- Ensuring that the Hiptown experience is respected
- Guaranteeing customer satisfaction and the quality of the customer experience on our sites
- Be a key player in the customer experience and grow the Hiptown community
- Manage and track customer requests throughout their visit to the Hiptown space
- Represent the brand externally at professional and public events
- Develop the events program to animate the community throughout the year
- Day-to-day management of on-site teams and service providers (reception, cleaning, IT and technical maintenance, bar, catering, services, access control, etc.)
- Manage site diaries (events, animations, deliveries, customer arrivals, etc.)
- Oversee the implementation of events and meeting room rentals for customers
- Monitor customer contracts in close collaboration with Biz Dev
- Helping to anchor sites within the local socio-economic fabric, in particular by setting up and monitoring partnerships with intermediaries and influencers (local shops, local political and economic ecosystems, etc.).
- Manage the site’s communication on social networks

Profile required
- Trained to degree level (BAC +3/4/5), you have 1st experience in service, project and customer management.
Your experience has enabled you to tackle different sectors, markets and businesses with cross-functional issues.
Sustainable development and new alternative solutions are subjects that already intrigue or fascinate you.
